My name is Natalie, and I’m a professional photographer and Confidence Coach from Bexleyheath, Kent. I’m a wife, mum of two young adults, a dog owner and have worked with children as a career for my whole life. I taught music & movement classes for babies to reception age for ten years, having my own classes and working with children’s centres and local schools. I was also a children’s entertainer for ten years providing fun in disco form with games for children of all ages. I have been a qualified nursery practitioner at management level for over 15 years and have experience working with babies and children from 0-16 years, including working with children who are on the ADHD, ADD & Autistic spectrum.

I have been a photographer for 8 years now and have my own 25 square metre home studio which is well equipped with unique props, outfits and much more! The studio is light and airy during the summer months and has underfloor heating keeping everyone warm in the winter. I have a dressing room and a changing table for babies. There are a range of books and toys to keep children busy whilst others are being photographed. Alexa is also available to play whatever music you like. Everyone is welcome in the studio, including dogs!

My style of photography is light and airy, natural and posed. I do not superimpose anything, what you see in my photos is real. I do not advocate hard photoshop editing, I like everyone to look like themselves!

From my many years of experience working with children I know how important it is to make them feel safe and comfortable in a new environment, this is why I spend time with the children before I begin photographing to ensure they are relaxed and happy.

I want adults in the studio to feel relaxed too, rest assured I am just a average woman holding a camera who wants you to feel and look your best. As a confidence coach I advocate being your true self and will help your inner confidence shine through. 

I have a Paediatric First Aid Certificate, current enhanced DBS and have specialist Newborn Photography training. I am also a member of the National Association of Professional Child Photographers, a member of The Guild of Professional Photographers & National association of professional child photographers.

There is free parking directly outside my studio and Bexleyheath train station is a five-minute walk away. I am close to several bus stops too, just get in touch and I will advise which bus to get.

I feel so lucky to get to do what I love for a living and by hiring me you are getting knowledge, know-how, experience, attention to detail and unique styling. I like to keep things relaxed, natural, light & fun whilst capturing those all important memories which you will treasure forever.
