– FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY IN BEXLEYHEATH –

Time runs away with days, weeks, months and years passing by, so take time now to share a timeless photoshoot with your precious family.

I will capture your family’s unique relationship and individual personalities in a photoshoot to cherish forever. I like to have fun and capture natural moments as well as setting up some posed shots too. I will capture individual photos as well as siblings, parents and full family portraits.

Family photoshoots consist of – grandparents, parents, children and a pet. If you want to add other family members you can do for an additional fee

You can choose either a studio photoshoot or outdoor photoshoot from April-October.

I am a huge dog lover so if you have a dog who is very much part of your family please bring them along!

– KIND WORDS –

LOVE ALL OUR PHOTOS

“We were apprehensive about doing a family photo shoot with a baby and toddler but Natalie made the experience fun and enjoyable. She knew just how to get the most out of our boys and the result was great; we absolutely love all the photos.”

STRESS FREE

“My sister recommended Natalie to us, and I can confirm that Natalie is quite simply the best for family photography. It was a totally stress free experience. I have no hesitation in recommending her.”

PHOTOS WERE STUNNING

“I highly recommend Natalie at Allix Photography. She was professional, friendly and we had lots of fun doing a family photo shoot whilst Natalie made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in her studio. The final photos were stunning!”

WELCOMING & PROFESSIONAL

“Big thank you to Natalie for our family photoshoot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Natalie was welcoming, professional, and friendly. Natalie made us all feel at ease and nothing was a challenge working with 9 of us and two dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend Natalie for creating memories for all ages.”

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I would highly recommend visiting Allix Photography for all sorts of photo shoots – including dogs! Natalie has an amazing studio with every prop & background you could want & she is extremely patient & professional.

We had a family shoot as a surprise for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary & Natalie was really flexible as we tried to get all cousins together & she had some great ideas.”

THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER

“The best photographer I’ve used. So excellent with kids. Natalie really put my 20 month old at peace and she had a great time at the photoshoot. I cannot give Natalie all the praise she deserves because there aren’t enough words. Thanks millions!”

FAQ

What should we wear?

From my experience of photographing families, I would suggest keeping things fairly neutral – not too smart, not too scruffy. Try to wear something you might normally wear, this way you will feel comfortable. The main rule is: Simple, non-patterned (no checks/ no stripes) clothes for everyone. Try to coordinate colours so that your colours work well as a group. You will see examples of this on my family gallery. If you have chosen an outdoor family photoshoot, choose clothes suitable for the weather and location. You can have up to 2 different outfit options during your photoshoot.

What do I need to do to prepare for the photoshoot?

Firstly, I am a mum myself and have dealt with tantrums, talking children round and have worked with children of all ages. I have literally seen it all and will not be surprised by anything your child throws at me! I am very relaxed by nature, and I ask parents not to worry or be anxious about their children on the photoshoot.

If one of your children is not co-operating, we will deal with this at the time. I have never in all the years I have photographed had a child completely refuse to be photographed. I have many tricks up my sleeve!

What happens if my children mis-behave?

What if I hate having my photo taken?

People say this to me all the time. I will be there to pose you in the best light and will give you tips on how to stand/sit to look your very best. As a professional photographer it is my job to guide you and make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed and look your very best in your photos. Nobody has ever regretted having their photo taken with me!

What if the weather is bad for our outdoor family photoshoot?

If the weather is forecast for heavy rain or strong winds, we will re-schedule. You will not lose your money.

What if my child is ill?

This can happen and I ask you not to worry about it. All I ask is that you give me 48 hours notice where possible and we will re-arrange your photoshoot. You will not lose your money.

We are all living in a world with COVID19 at the moment, but we need to remember at certain times of the year it is really common for running noses, the odd scrape and other minor blemishes to be there on the day of the shoot, so don’t worry about that too much – often they can be removed in post-production. I do ask if you can do a Lateral Flow test before you come for your photoshoot where possible. I regularly do Lateral Flow tests myself. If you have any doubts about whether you should go ahead or not, get in touch and we can discuss it. I want the shoot to be fun and successful – battling against an illness is no fun for anyone. Let’s take care of one another and be sensible!
